Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly health care patients in Department 1,2,3 of Health Care and Neurology ward of North District in China-Japan Friendship Hospital; ? Over 65 years old; ? High school background or above; ? Daily Behavior Ability Rating Scale (ADL) score above 40 points; ? The cognitive Behavior rating scale (MMSE ) score above 27 points; ? Patients and their families voluntarily participate in the study; ? Patients with dysphagia of grade 5-6 who can eat orally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The ADL score is less than 40 points; ? The MMSE score is less than 27 points; ? Patients without dysphagia; ? Swallowing dysfunction below grade 5 or above grade 6; ? Patients with serious underlying diseases; ? Serious swallowing dysfunction caused by malignant tumors of the throat; ? Patients with mental disorders; ? Patients who cannot eat orally.
