18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute brain injury and has undergone surgical intervention. 2. Age = 18 years. 3. Under mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours. 4. Patient or family member has given informed consent and voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing neuromuscular diseases, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, etc. 2. In the terminal stage of a disease. 3. Expected ICU stay < 7 days. 4. Hospital stay = 14 days prior to ICU admission. 5. Combined liver or kidney failure. 6. Presence of limb amputation or other major limb deficiencies.
