30%HRR group 1:45 minutes aerobic exercise
40%HRR group 1:45 minutes aerobic exercise
50%HRR group 1:45 minutes aerobic exercise
30%HRR group 2:12 weeks of 45 minutes of aerobic exercise, 3 times per week
40%HRR group 2:12 weeks of 45 minutes of aerobic exercise, 3 times per week
50%HRR group 2:12 weeks of 45 minutes of aerobic exercise, 3 times per week
