Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria in "Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" approved in 2018; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with dietary or exercise contraindications; (2) Patients in the pregnancy or lactation period; (3) Complicated with serious organic diseases or malignant tumors; (4) Have a history of mental illness or are taking antipsychotic drugs; (5) Those with severe hearing impairment, language impairment or cognitive impairment.
