Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Admitted within 24h after birth; (2) The gestational age was <35 weeks; (3)Feeding in formula;(4)No umbilical neck, no asphyxia and sheep water pollution at birth;(5)Take a new one within 24h after birth Paediatric;(5)Perinatal data were complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) developmental deformity , (2) Probiotics users , (3) Mothers used immunosuppressants,(4)Have an immune system or a severe infectious disease,(5)Waiup or die within 2 weeks of birth
