18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for laparoscopic partial hepatectomy, including hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and metastatic carcinoma; (2) Aged 18-70 years old; (3) ASA physical status I–III; (4) BMI 18-30kg/m2; (5) Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to provide informed consent and communication difficulties; (2) Relevant drug allergies; (3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or craniocerebral injury and mental illness; (4) Contraindications for esketamine use including a risk for serious rise in blood pressure or intracranial pressure, high intraocular pressure (glaucoma), poorly controlled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure greater than 180mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg), untreated/undertreated hyperthyroidism; (5) History of chronic pain or opioid abuse; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
