Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Fulfillment of the American AAPT diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain and a score of >37 on the agoraphobia scale; 2 Age =18 years, =60 years, and gender; 3 Normal cognitive function; 4 Informed about the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a history of spinal surgery or pain from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis; 2 Severe pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases, motor system diseases, mental, neurological diseases, severe anxiety and depression, pregnant women; 3 People who have been taking pain medications such as opioids, non-steroidal drugs for a long time or people with drug dependence, alcohol dependence, drug dependence; 4 Those who are not suitable for manipulative therapy and cannot cooperate with exercise training; 5 Those who have received manipulative massage related treatment or functional exercise in the past 3 months.
