Interventions
High dose group:Intravenous injection of lidocaine at a loading dose of 2mg/kg within 20 minutes prior to surgery, followed by maintenance at a dose of 2 mg. kg-1. h-1.
Middle dose group:Intravenous injection of lidocaine at a loading dose of 1mg/kg within 20 minutes prior to surgery, followed by maintenance at a dose of 2 mg. kg-1. h-1.
Low dose group:Intravenous injection of lidocaine at a loading dose of 0.5 mg/kg within 20 minutes prior to surgery, followed by maintenance at a dose of 2 mg. kg-1. h-1.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo intervertebral foramen endoscopy at Hebei General Hospital, regardless of gender, aged 18-65, have clear awareness and civil capacity, no contraindications to surgery or anesthesia, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal cardiac conduction. 2. Patients with neurological related diseases such as epilepsy. 3. Patients with abnormal liver function. 4. Patients with lidocaine allergy. 5. The patient refused. 6. Patients who experience serious adverse reactions during surgery, terminate the surgery or change the anesthesia method.
