Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly people in nursing facilities with =3 months of residence; ? Presence of fear of falling (Short International Falls Efficacy Scale (short FES-I) > 7 points); ? Barthel Index = 60 points; ? Score of 4-12 on the Simple Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) or 6-meter step speed = 0.5 m/s; ? Ability to read independently or fill in the required questionnaires with the help of the researcher; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? People with severe visual, auditory, and speech dysfunction; ? Those with severe cognitive dysfunction (those with a score of <21 on the Brief Mental Status Examination (MMSE) scale); ? People with high risk of falling (timed get-up-and-go test, time =30s); ? People with major diseases such as severe respiratory failure, severe aortic stenosis, or end-stage diseases; ? Deemed by a physician to be unfit for physical activity; ? Those who have participated or are participating in other relevant studies.
