Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic standard, two of the following three standards can be met: (1) There is clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenemia; (2) Anovulation or anovulation; (3) Ultrasonography showed that the number of follicles in one or both sides of the ovary was more than 12, excluding other related diseases; 2.Polycystic ovary syndrome patients with infertility; 3.Patients aged 20-35; 4.Meet the overweight/obesity diagnostic criteria proposed by the China Obesity Working Group, that is, BMI = 28 kg/m2 is obesity; 28 = BMI = 24 kg/m2 means overweight; 5.The patient informed consent and volunteered to participate in this diet and exercise intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other hyperandrogenemia or hyperandrogene-like signs, such as Cushing's syndrome, atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and androgene-secreting ovarian or adrenal tumors; 2.Other ovulation disorders, such as hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction, thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia and early-onset ovarian insufficiency; 3.Suffering from other major physical illnesses; 4.Any mental illness; 5.People currently using weight-loss medications or surgery; 6.Follow a specific diet and/or exercise regimen for the past 3 months.
