Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders (ICD-10); 2) Normal cognitive function, independent understanding and language expression ability, can cooperate with the completion of relevant examinations and treatment; 3) Promise not to take any sleep aid during treatment; 4) Have not been exposed to TIP treatment or TIP experience; 5) Volunteer and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) People with a history of mental illness; 2) Previous history of depression or risk of suicide; 3) Diagnosed with apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy and other sleep disorders; 4) People with hearing and writing problems; 5) Chronic insomnia caused by other organic diseases; 6) Poor compliance, can not be treated according to the treatment plan, or add other treatment plans and affect the efficacy of the judgment.
