Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnoses consistent with acute tracheobronchitis, post-infectious cough, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and bronchiectasis; (2) TCM diagnosis of cough and phlegm-heat syndrome; (3) Aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and hematopoietic diseases; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs.
