60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60-85 years old; 2.ASA class I-III; 3.BMI between 18kg/m2 and 30kg/m2; 4.Scheduled for abdominal surgery; 5.The operation lasted more than two hours; 6.Informed and willing to participate in the trial, and willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe pulmonary diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, and bullous lung disease; 2.Severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or hematologic disorders; 3.Central nervous system disorders impairing respiratory function; 4.Contraindications for PEEP use: intracranial hypertension, bronchopleural fistula, hypovolemic shock, etc.; 5.Participation in other clinical studies within the last 3 months; 6.Patients who refuse to participate in the trial or cannot cooperate.
