Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of both Chinese and Western medicine for coronary heart disease and diabetes; 2. Patients aged between 30 and 89 years old; 3. Standardized and comprehensive medical record data for diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe valvular heart disease (such as rheumatic heart disease), various types of cardiomyopathy (such as dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), malignant arrhythmias (such as permanent and persistent atrial fibrillation, third degree atrioventricular block, etc.), infectious endocarditis, congenital heart disease, and other serious heart disease other than coronary artery diseases; 2. Patients with acute complications of diabetes (such as hypertonic coma, diabetes ketoacidosis and diabetes acute infection), patients with diabetes-related cognitive dysfunction, patients with type I diabetes, and patients with special types of diabetes; 3. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (Bp = 180/110mmHg); 4. Patients with severe pulmonary insufficiency with PaO2<60mmHg, patients with moderate and severe hepatic insufficiency with transaminase level exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal value, and patients with moderate and severe renal insufficiency with eGFR < 30ml/min/1.73m2; 5. Patients with severe primary diseases in the endocrine and hematopoietic systems, newly diagnosed acute cerebrovascular diseases in the past three months, or diagnosed with severe rheumatic and immune system diseases; 6. Patients with mental illness; 7. Pregnant or lactating individuals; 8. Life expectancy<1 year; 9. Patients who have been hospitalized for less than 3 days; 10. Patients whose symptoms do not match clinical manifestations.
