Experiment group A:After the operation, 0.25% ropivacaine 10ml intraarticular local infusion, dexmedetomidine 0.04µg/kg/ continued infusion until the patient was discharged
Control group B:After the operation, 0.25% ropivacaine 10ml adductor block anesthesia was given under ultrasound guidance.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who were to undergo day-surgery. arthroscopic surgery were classified as ASA grade I-III; ?Age 18-65 years old; ?BMI 18 ~ 30 Kg/M2 ? Communication is normal ? Volunteer to be tested and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? ASA> Level III ? Patients with severe bradysinus HR < 50 beats/min or degree II-III atrioventricular block; ? anyone with communication difficulties; ? Allergic to the investigational drug; ? People with coagulation disorders;
