Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring elective surgery under general anesthesia, older than 18 years of age, with cardiac function class I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with poor cardiac function (EF 50% or significant differences in hemodynamic indexes of the right and left carotid arteries; 3) preoperative neurological disorders such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, motor, sensory, cognitive disorders due to non-neurogenic factors, or the use of medications acting on the central nervous system; 4) serious systemic diseases such as liver and renal insufficiency before surgery; preoperative Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score <26 points; 4) serious systemic diseases such as liver and renal insufficiency; 4) patients who had the following conditions central nervous system; preoperative Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26; 4) preoperative serious systemic diseases such as liver and renal insufficiency.
