Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia patients; ASA I - II; age 18-80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused; predicted difficult airway; history of difficult intubation; History of neck surgery; History of maxillofacial surgery and trauma; Mouth opening is less than 2.5cm; History of throat surgery and trauma; laryngopharyngeal tumor; airway malformation; craniofacial abnormalities; critical patients; Limited movement of the cervical spine or mandible, Morbidly obese. Drug allergy; Difficulty in mask ventilation; the lens is easy to be contaminated because of the excessive sputum; SpO2 cannot be maintained above 90%; Hemodynamic instability
