Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the American Diabetes Association's diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease: the following renal structural or functional abnormalities persist > 3 months: (1) eGFR = 30 mg/g; (3) Or histology or imaging showing renal abnormalities. 3. Age =18 years old 4. Accept a questionnaire survey; 5. Have or are willing to complete examination and wear sleep monitoring equipment; 6. Proficient in the use of EEG testing equipment; 7. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are on renal replacement therapy. 2. Patients with missing medical records.
