Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients identified by cell or histopathology as solid malignant tumors; (2) Pleural effusion =30mm under seated ultrasound; (3) Karnofsky score =60 points; (4) Age =18 years old and =74 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Be able to understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of uncontrollable mental illness; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients; (3) Patients with skin damage and other inappropriate external application of drugs or allergies to traditional Chinese medicine have related contraindications. (4) Patients who have already received other relevant treatments or clinical trials
