Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-90 years old? tracheotomy status;? The pigment drinking water test was positive;? Pulmonary infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who could not be in the lateral or supine position;? Patients who cannot tolerate lateral or supine positions due to complications such as cardiac insufficiency;? Patients who do not want to participate.
