Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-65 years old; BMI:19-28kg/m²; Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA):I,II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in this study; Contraindications to deep nerve blocks, including but not limited to anesthetic drug allergies, coagulation disorders (INR > 1.5 and/or platelet count <70/mL), injection site infections; Chronic opioid dependence or chronic pain for more than 3 months; Patients with psychiatric disorders or patients who are unable to cooperate in completing rating scales; pregnant and lactating women; Intubated prior to anesthesia induction; Nerve block cannot be performed due to anatomical difficulties on ultrasound scans
