Inclusion criteria: parkinson‘s disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergoing deep brain stimulation and other neurosurgical procedures Having a history of diabetes or autonomic neuropathy at the initial assessment; Having a history of symptomatic stroke that may affect general cognition or performance; Having a history of heart failure or an electrocardiogram showing atrial fibrillation; Currently using medications known to affect the central dopaminergic, noradrenergic, and/or serotonergic systems at the time of diagnosis.
