Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with ischaemic stroke (2)Age = 18 years old (3)Onset to admission time =24 hours (4)Informed consent signed by the patient or legal representation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Unable to complete activities of daily living before this onset (modified Rankin scale, mRS = 3); (2)Refusal or inability to provide peripheral blood samples
