Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease in the 2018 national consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease; 2) At least 18 years old, with independent behavior ability; 3)Have enough Chinese proficiency to answer the questionnaire and are willing to participate in the trial; 4)Be able to understand and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other chronic or serious mental diseases, such as generalized anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, organic mental disorder, intellectual disorder, dementia, etc; 2) Took antidepressants or other psychiatric drugs 2 weeks before the trial; 3) Receiving any form of psychological intervention; 4) Patients with alcohol or substance dependence were excluded; 5) Combined with other diseases highly related to depression / anxiety, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, multiple sclerosis, thyroid dysfunction; 6) Pregnancy, lactation, or pregnancy preparation; 7) Suicidal tendency;
