Interventions

Simple general anesthesia group (group A):Ultrasound-guided Bilateral TTP blocks by injecting with 0.9% saline 20ml on each side
TTP (ropivacaine) combined with general anesthesia (group B):Ultrasound-guided Bilateral TTP blocks by injecting with 0.3% ropivacaine (weight < 75kg) or 0.5% ropivacaine (weight = 75kg) 20ml on each
TTP (DEX plus ropivacaine) combined with general anesthesia group (group C):Ultrasound-guided Bilateral TTP blocks by injecting with 0.3% ropivacaine (weight < 75kg) or 0.5% ropivacaine (weight = 75kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective open cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass ,age 18 ~65 years old, ASA physical status of ?~? ,NYHA Functional Class ?~?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35kg/m^2, refuse to implement transversus thoracis muscle plane block, secondary surgery, allergy to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), local anesthetics and opioids, renal or hepatic failure, severe coagulation disorders, infection at the site of injection , inability to cooperate with VAS score.
