Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Steatosis was found by ultrasound examination, that is, the fat content in the liver >5%; 2) Age 18-65 years old, male or female (including 18 and 65 years old), BMI>25Kg/m^2; 3) Patients diagnosed with metabolic associated fatty liver disease by abdominal ultrasonography; 4) Willing to cooperate with the experimental treatment plan and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) a history of alcohol abuse (average daily alcohol intake =10g for women and 20=g for men); 2) Chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary sclerosis or hepatolenticular degeneration; 3) Deficiency of a1-antiislet proteinase, hemochromatosis, thyroid disease, mental disease, impaired renal function;4) Use of drugs that may affect lipid metabolism and increase the risk of MAFLD, such as amiodarone, methotrexate, estrogen, tamoxifen, nifedipine, diltiazem, chloroquine, and other drugs that may be hepatotoxic; 5) Unable to provide informed consent; 6)pregnancy and breastfeeding.
