Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18-55; 2. Patients diagnosed with depressive disorder in the outpatient department (according to the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder), mild to moderate depression degree, Hamilton Depression Scale -21 score 7-24; 3. Exercise habits: sit still and do less than 60 minutes of aerobic exercise per week; 4. Native Chinese speaker, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mental disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression with suicidal tendencies, alcohol or other substance abuse; 2. Diseases of the nervous system, cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, endocrine system and other diseases that cannot be intervened in exercise; 3. Have participated in another clinical trial related to exercise or weight management or have family members who have participated in this trial; 4. Taking medications that affect heart rate and blood pressure; 5. Medical history of physical conditions that are not suitable for exercise, such as asthma, arthritis, gout, rheumatoid disease, back knee pain, cancer, Crohn's disease, etc.; 6. Cannot exercise for 30 minutes; Patients with contraindications to antidepressants; 7. Severe impairment of visual, auditory and cognitive functions and eye diseases; 8.BMI greater than 35 or less than 18; 9. Breastfeeding, pregnancy, or pregnancy planning during the trial.
