Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) herpes zoster patients; 2) aged 40 and above; 3) inpatient or outpatient at the pain department and dermatology department of secondary and tertiary hospitals; 4) having sufficient cognitive ability to understand and answer questionnaire questions; 5) informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: residents who cannot live there for a long time.
