Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a doctor and have suffered from diabetes for at least one year (2) Aged 60 to 80 years old (3) Can communicate in Mandarin and Taiwanese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase 1: Have a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as stroke, brain injury, dementia, Parkinson's disease, depression; Individuals with myocardial infarction, heart failure, or myocardial disease in the past six months; People who have been diagnosed with cognitive dysfunction by a doctor. Phase 2: (1) People who have limited mobility or walking (2) People who already exercise regularly (5 times a week, 30 minutes or more of moderate intensity exercise each time) (3) People with a history of neurological or mental diseases, such as stroke, brain injury, Dementia, Parkinson's disease and other depression (4) People who have had myocardial infarction, heart failure or myocardial disease in the past six months (5) People who have been diagnosed with cognitive dysfunction by a doctor (6) Living alone.
