Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients met the diagnostic criteria for chronic comorbidity in WHO2008 years; ? age 65 years; ? was aware and communicative; ? gave informed consent and voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of severe physical dysfunction or mental illness; ? with malignancy and other serious diseases; ? medical records are incomplete
