Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Female patients between 20 and 40 years old; ? BMI<28kg/? ?Undergoing IVF (IVF/ICSI) assisted conception for the first time; ? Receiving GnRH-antagonist ovulation promotion program; ? Diagnosis of pelvic environment, tubal factor infertility, ovulation disorder or male factor infertility;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? BMI>28kg/?; ? Abnormalities of chromosomal karyotype, PGT cycles; ? Abnormal ovarian function ? Congenital factors such as endometriosis, mediastinal uterus, unicornuate uterus, cervical insufficiency; ? History of pelvic tubal and uterine surgery; ? PCOS ? Patients with severe metabolic and endocrine diseases
