Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly women aged 65-80 years old; ? ASA classification I to III; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-24 kg/m2; ? Intended to undergo painless gastroscopy under sedation anesthesia; ? Voluntary subjects and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? previous history of cerebrovascular surgery; liver, kidney, lungs and other important organs are not functioning; ? history of obstructive sleep apnea; ? history of drug and alcohol abuse, recent history of sedative, antidepressant or opioid use; ? psychiatric disease, mental retardation, or inability to communicate with the patient; ? long-term perioperative use of NSAIDs class of drugs; ? serious sleep disorders or history of chronic pain; ? intraoperative hemorrhage, Intraoperative hemorrhage, serious cardiac arrhythmia and other emergencies and examination time > 0.5 h; ? Inability to comply with the study protocol and procedures of the midway withdrawal.
