Interventions

Control group:Contrast subjects do not participate in the nutrition or exercise program.
exercise group:Participants in the exercise group received 12 weeks of Baduanjin training with a frequency of 3 days/week, 50min/day.
nutrition group:Participants of the nutrition group received nutrition counseling and nutrition education, and were asked to take enteral nutrition preparations twice a day (a total of 400 ml, 520 kca

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 60 years, 6 months; (5) Malnutrition risk, NRS2002=3 points; (6) Be able to master the Baduanjin exercise; (7) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with contraindications for resistance exercise training, such as severe heart or lung disease; (2) having difficulty in swallowing or with oral intake; (3) cognitive dysfunction; (4) with a history of other tumors; (5) judged by the clinicians to be unsuitable to take part in the study for medical reasons.
