blank group:Patients with normal ovarian function who receive IVF-ET have no other intervention plans except for IVF related ovulation promotion interventions.
Disease group:There are no other intervention plans for PCOS patients except for IVF related ovulation promotion interventions.
Acupuncture group:For PCOS patients, in addition to IVF related ovulation promoting interventions, an additional acupuncture intervention plan for calming the mind and tonifying the kidney should be a
False acupuncture group:For PCOS patients, in addition to IVF related ovulation promoting interventions, a sham acupuncture intervention plan should be added.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for disease groups (1) Meets PCOS diagnostic criteria; (2) Age: 20-40 years old; (3) Meets the indications for in vitro fertilization embryo transfer in accordance with the revised technical specifications, basic standards, and ethical principles related to human assisted reproductive technology and human sperm bank issued by the Ministry of Health; (4) Voluntarily participate in the trial, have regular follow-up visits, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for blank groups (1) Excluding infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction; (2) Age: 20-40 years old; (3) Meets the indications for in vitro fertilization embryo transfer in accordance with the revised technical specifications, basic standards, and ethical principles related to human assisted reproductive technology and human sperm bank issued by the Ministry of Health; (4) Voluntarily participate in the trial, have regular follow-up visits, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal reproductive function of spouse; (2) Individuals with unclear consciousness, inability to express subjective discomfort symptoms, and accompanying mental illness; (3) Allergic constitution or allergy to acupuncture and moxibustion; (4) Infertility caused by fallopian tubes, female uterus without pregnancy function, clear or severe organic lesions in reproductive organs, acute infections or sexually transmitted diseases in the reproductive and urinary systems, chromosomal abnormalities, immune infertility; (5) Progressive malignant tumors or other serious wasting diseases, prone to concurrent infections and bleeding; (6) Individuals with primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive, and hematopoietic systems that cannot withstand pregnancy; (7) Having been exposed to radiation, toxins, drugs that cause deformities and are still in effect, or having bad habits such as alcohol and drug abuse; (8) Those who are currently participating in other clinical research projects. Note: Anyone who meets any of the above criteria will be excluded.
