Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years or older; Pathologically diagnosed with gastrointestinal tumors and undergoing chemotherapy; Complete clinical records and pathological data; Aware of their own disease diagnosis and condition, informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment; Speech function impairment, communication difficulties; History of mental illness or currently taking antipsychotic medication; Recent major life events, such as divorce, death of a family member, etc.
