Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients who need endoscopic operation due to medical conditions, if the anaesthesia mode are intravenous propofol; if the general gastroscopy operation, divided into oral surface anaesthesia or oral surface anaesthesia + spray anaesthetics ?The age of the patients was between 18 and 80 years old, and there was no gender limitation. ?Patients volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has absolute contraindications to endoscopy, such as severe cardiopulmonary disease, shock, acute gastrointestinal perforation, etc.; ? The patient cannot tolerate the endoscopy process; ? The patient is allergic to anaesthetics; ?Study participants 80 years old; ?
