55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 55~75 years old; 2) Comply with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (2019)" or the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018)" diagnostic criteria, confirmed by CT or MRI of the head, first stroke, unilateral hemiplegia; 3) There are different degrees of swallowing disorders, and the Watian drinking water test is grade 3-5; 4) Stable vital signs, cognitive ability, Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score of = 17 points, able to understand and implement simple instructions of the treatment staff, able to cooperate with experiments, and can comply; 5) According to the international standard eye chart, binocular vision or corrected visual acuity can ensure that the video content can be seen clearly; 6) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The number of strokes is greater than 1 time; 2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and renal diseases and mental disorders; Swallowing disorders caused by other reasons, such as motor neuron disease, neurological diseases such as head and neck tumor surgery, patients who cannot cooperate with training or poor treatment compliance; 3) Those with cognitive comprehension dysfunction: Mini-Mental State Examination <17 points, visual or auditory impairment; 4) Other circumstances that cannot cooperate with the completion of the test.
