Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All subjects met the diagnostic criteria for Roman ? functional constipation; ? Age of subjects = 45 years old; ? All subjects are willing to provide written informed consent and follow the study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Subjects with past or current diseases such as intestinal obstruction, tumors, ulcers that may lead to secondary constipation of the digestive tract; ? Subjects with a history of gastrointestinal surgery; ? Subjects with serious diseases, such as serious cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; ? Subjects allergic to probiotics; ? Subjects who took antibiotics, probiotics, and other drugs that affected the evaluation of efficacy during the first three weeks of enrollment.
