Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction

Interventions

CPF group:In the group of cypofol, 0.4 mg/kg was injected intravenously during induction, and 1.0~1.5 mg·kg-1·h-1 was injected intravenously with ciprofol for anesthesia maintenance.
PPF group:The control group was injected with 1.5 mg/kg propofol intravenously during induction, and was injected with 4~12 mg·kg-1·h-1 by intravenous pump during anesthesia maintenance.

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 65 years, ASA class II-III, elective surgery, duration of surgery > 2h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative delirium, a score of <15 on the Modified Mental State Examination (MMSE), severe visual or hearing impairment or inability to communicate with the visitor for other reasons, severe heart, lung, liver or kidney disease, history of psychoneurological disorders, or history of psychotropic medication.
