Knee ligament rupture, meniscus injury

Interventions

Experimental group B1:The patients in the conventional dose group were infused with 0.04 µg/kg/h continuously until the patients were discharged from the hospital.
Experimental group B2:In the dextromethia group, 0.02 µg/kg/h continuous infusion was given after PACU until the patient was discharged from hospital
Control Group A:The patients were given the same dose of normal saline continuously after entering PACU until the patient was discharged.

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for arthroscopic surgery, ASA grade I-III; 2. Age 18-75 years; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 4. Communication is normal 5. Volunteer and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pain relievers; 2. Heart rate < 50 beats/min, blood pressure < 90/60mmhg, hypoxemia; 3. Severe sinus bradycardia or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 4. Preoperative life can not take care of themselves
