Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged =65 years who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors under general anesthesia for the first time 2: Postoperative hospital stay =2 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: A clear history of mental and personality disorders (such as schizophrenia, depression, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, stroke) 2: History of previous use of psychotropic drugs; 3: The Preoperative Concise Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) was divided by cognitive impairment: patients with <27 scores and patients with preoperative delirium assessed by CAM 4: Patients who are unable to perform normal communication and complete cognitive function tests due to auditory and visual impairment 5: Patients with incomplete medical records or incomplete follow-up
