Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meet the 2019 revised International Diagnostic Criteria for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury of the American Spinal Cord Injury Society and have a spinal cord lesion confirmed by CT or MRI 2: Stable vital signs, end of spinal shock period, duration of illness 1 month - 12 months 3: Age: 18-60 years old 4: Have full civil capacity, can cooperate to complete the test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Magnetic resonance scanning is contraindicated for those with pacemakers, neurostimulators, artificial metal heart valves, magnetic metal implants, etc. 2: During pregnancy or breastfeeding 3: Have lower urinary tract/genital anatomical abnormalities 4: History of lower urinary tract and intestinal tumors 5: Injuries to genitalia such as testicles, scrotum and penis 6: Have a sexually transmitted disease 7: Diagnosed urinary incontinence, constipation, fecal incontinence or sexual dysfunction before this episode 8: History of cranial trauma with cerebral contusion, intracranial hematoma, diffuse axonal injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc. 9: Claustrophobic tendencies 10: Combined with other serious underlying diseases or diseases of the nervous or psychiatric system
