18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.CEAP C3-C6 2.Stenosis of iliac vein =70% 3. reflus time of GSV =0.5s 4. diameter of GSV 200 cases 6. 18years <age<75 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous VVs treatment history 2. History of VTE 3. Double GSV, iliac vein stenosis 15mm 5. Simple saphenous vein insufficiency 6.Venous malformations of lower limbs 7. Infection in the varicose area of the lower limbs 8. Incorporate ASO 9. Lower limb infection 10. Allergy to pressure stockings 11. Refusal to participate
