Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. Age = 18 years old; II. Diagnosed with intracerebral hemorrhage by head CT (according to the diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference); III. Time from onset to admission to the ICU is less than 24 hours; IV. Continuous blood pressure monitoring records for 24 hours after admission to the ICU; V. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Presence of other intracranial lesions, such as cerebral vascular malformations, venous brain diseases, tumors, and other diseases involving the brain. II. Lack of continuous blood pressure monitoring for 24 hours after admission to the ICU or missing records. III. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. IV. Requirement for vasopressor drugs to maintain blood pressure after admission to the ICU. V. Discharge or death within 24 hours after admission.
