Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for post stroke depression; ? Ischemic stroke onset 7 days to 1 year; ? Age 40-80 years old; ? Mild to moderate depression patients, 8 points<HAMD-17 items<24 points; ? The patient and their family members are informed and sign an informed consent form; ? Those with good compliance and no contraindications for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who do not cooperate with doctors for treatment, have poor compliance, do not receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment or transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment, and have not signed an informed consent form; ? Age80 years old; ? Individuals with primary depression or who have been treated with antidepressants within the past 2 months, or family members with a previous history of mental illness; ? Severe stroke (NIHSS>16 points) or continuous deterioration of the condition after stroke; ? Patients with severe organic lesions, bleeding tendencies, immunodeficiency, malignant tumors, and hematological diseases or prolonged QT-C; ? Individuals with sensory impairments such as aphasia, aphasia, or unclear consciousness who are unable to complete the scale assessment; ? Individuals who are allergic to the investigational drug. ? Pregnant or lactating women. ? There is a metal foreign body in the skull, or a pacemaker is carried, or an artificial cochlear implant is implanted; ? Seizures or a family history of epilepsy.
