18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female aged 18-60 years; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Kidney transplantation under pseudo-general anesthesia; 4.Good compliance with the research protocol; 5.The subjects understood and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Kidney autotransplantation; 2.Severe lung disease FEV130kg/?; 4.Pregnancy woman; 5.The mental state is unable to cooperate,suffers from mental illness,has no autonomy,is unable to express clearly; 6.Other situations that the researcher considers unsuitable for clinical study.
