18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>18 years old; A complete DWI examination within half a month of the onset of symptoms confirmed new infarction localized to the thalamus; Complete multimodal MRI examination within 1 month of symptom onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with contraindications to MRI; Comorbidities that severely affect cognition (e.g., dementia); Patients who are unable to cooperate with clinical assessment of their condition (e.g., severe paralysis, mRS =3); Comorbidity with other pathologic neurological disorders. Poor image quality difficult to analyze.
