Intervention group:Diet and physical activity health education

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese married couples. 2. One partner of the couple was diagnosed with EC. 3. Partner (wife or husband) is the primary caregiver of patients, who provides active care for more than 8 hours per day. 4. Patients with EC and their partners can participate in the program together. 5. Was at least 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and partners who do not speak Mandarin or who report mental health issues and are unable to fully express themselves will be excluded.
