Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged =18 years old; 2. Bladder urothelial carcinoma or urothelial carcinoma as the main component was confirmed by pathology; 3. The ECOG 0 to 2 points; 4. Life expectancy =2 years; 5. Patients are unwilling or unable to undergo radical cystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to radiotherapy 2. Allergy to CT contrast media; 3. Previous radiotherapy history in the area to be treated 4. Women who were pregnant or planned to become pregnant during the study 5. Poor control of underlying diseases may lead to life-threatening aggravation of underlying diseases after radiotherapy; 6. The investigator determined that inclusion was not appropriate.
