Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to 13C Helicobacter pylori urea breath test (13C-UBT); 2. the patients with 13C-UBT positive test agree to receive eradication treatment and gastroscopy; 3. Sign the informed consent form, agreeing to provide the remaining blood samples for clinical examination, take gastric mucosa tissue under gastroscope and provide basic clinical information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not received antiretroviral therapy; 2. Those who cannot cooperate with the improvement of gastroscopy after clinical evaluation; 3. Pregnant women or patients complicated with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, liver failure, renal failure or respiratory failure; 4. Have a history of allergic reaction to one or more drugs in the treatment plan; 5. Mental illness, poor treatment compliance, unable to cooperate with follow-up; 6. Previously received helicobacter pylori eradication treatment; 7. Taking antibiotics, bismuth or acid inhibitors within 4 weeks before detecting 13C-UBT; 8. Refusing to provide specimens or signing informed consent or relevant clinical information.
